Born in Queens, New York in 1988, Demetrius grew up in Winston-Salem, NC.  He graduated from Carver High School in 2006 located in Winston-Salem, NC.  While in High School, Demetrius played AAU Basketball for the North Carolina Storm. 

Demetrius received an A.S. Degree in Business Administration from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2013 located in Winston-Salem, NC. He graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a B.S Degree in Business Management. Demetrius is a former Basketball Coach for the summer and winter league at Fulton Family YMCA and a former Basketball Coach for the Kernersville Mavericks AAU Basketball team. 
Demetrius is an Instructor for LAABWORK of North Carolina under the leadership of Kenneth Bates. He began working with Kenneth Bates in 2011.

Demetrius began working with Team Winston 7th Grade Boys AAU Basketball team for their last 3 Basketball Tournaments in 2015. As a result of his hard work and dedication with the team, Demetrius has been asked to be an Assistant Basketball Coach for the 2016 Season.  Demetrius provides basketball training with prospective players in preparation for try-outs in early December. 

He also provides 1-On-1 physical fitness training for those who have the desire to take better care of their physical appearance. Demetrius’s physical fitness training also includes a proper meal plan. 

Demetrius continues to pursue his passion for physical fitness, coaching, training and mentoring.
